SPRINTER LIMITED 3900DBL
This modern miracle of a fifth wheel features a rear bonus room that easily sleeps five bigger kids thanks to generous bunks above a built-in entertainment center with storage and a dedicated full bath for the bunkroom. On the off campsite side, the back bedroom has a fold-out sleeper sofa with ANOTHER flip-down bunk above. The space is incredibly well configured to also be a family room during the day. The Sprinter Limited 3900DBL has a big kitchen with an oversized microwave, 16 cu. ft. refrigerator and a second kitchen and refrigerator outside. Three awnings cover a whopping 27' to extend your living space. You might also consider Sprinter Limited's 3630BHS which is a similar layout, minus the rear bath.
NEW MODEL: SPRINTER LIMITED 3810QBS
With their 100" wide cabins, Sprinter is our go-to for models with room to move. The all-new Sprinter Limited 3810QBS with FOUR full-sized beds in the bunkroom + storage for days is a home-run for large families. ARCADIA SELECT 27SBH
Arcadia launched a new lower priced product line earlier this year that has a great value option for big families, the Arcadia Select 27SBH. This fifth wheel packs a lot into just 32'3" and 7,200 lbs. In addition to the queen in the primary bedroom, the 27SBH has a TRIPLE bunk in back and a full-sized sleeper sofa. A galley kitchen makes this model feel amazingly open and a 20' awning extends your living space. With an MSRP of right around $47,000, the Arcada Select 27SBH has been flying off of dealers' lots.
HIDEOUT 32TQS
If a travel trailer is more your speed, Keystone's Hideout brand has unveiled a brand new model, the Hideout 32TQS that introduces an open double-over-double bunk with a clever (and safe) stair step entrance to the top bunk. A huge dinette converts into yet another sleeping space. We love this floorplan for how airy and open it feels with windows in all of the right places. It's easy to imagine the cabin full of kids laughing and chatting and they drift off to sleep.
PASSPORT SL 282QB
If you haven't figured it out yet, "QB" usually stands for "Quad Bunk" in an RV model name. In 2020, Passport changed the quad bunk game with the introduction of their 3400QD, now upgraded to the Passport GT 3401QD. They quickly followed up with our fifth pick for large families, Passport SL's 282QB. Four bunks populate the private rear bedroom of this coach which also includes a tri-fold sleeper sofa and a large dinette that can be quickly converted into a daybed. Without any fuss, the 282QB comfortably sleeps 9. Pass-through storage in the front and rear gives owners extra capacity when traveling with their posse.
