Additionally, your dealer performed a "Pre-Delivery Inspection" to confirm that all systems and features are functioning as designed before handing it over to you.

Your Dealer Walkthrough

At the time of delivery, your dealer should have provided a detailed walkthrough of how to operate each system and feature of your new RV. This session also includes information about your warranty and maintenance requirements. We do this to ensure you have the Ultimate Ownership Experience!

Start Simple: Baby Steps for Your First Trip

If this is your first RV experience, we recommend taking "baby steps." Don’t complicate your first outing by making it the “trip of a lifetime.” The amount of information you receive during your walkthrough can be overwhelming, so for your first adventure, consider a simple couple of nights in your driveway. This will give you a chance to familiarize yourself with your RV and ease into the camping lifestyle.

Resources for a Smooth Transition

Use this time to review the Owner’s Manual and the individual component manuals. We encourage you to visit the “Owner’s” section on our website, where you can find helpful resources like:

  • How-To Videos: Visual guides for operating your RV.
